Appointment and Check-in Policy
Please check in a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This gives you time to relax and enjoy a glass of herbal tea or fresh spring water. We regret that late arrivals cannot be guaranteed an extension of scheduled treatment time out of courtesy for our other clients, so please be on time. We desire to make your reserved appointment time as memorable as possible for you. To ensure accomodation of your calendar, we recommend that you schedule your appointments in advance. Please advise us upon booking services of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could effect our service to you.
Cancellations
When you schedule an appointment we reserve that time especially for you. Please honor our staff by notifying us a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel to avoid cancellation fee of 50% of service cost or gift certificate #. Credit card is required to hold appointment times.
